53rd CAC ANNUAL MEETING REGISTRATION 2017

The Central Atlantic Conference (CAC) of the United Church of Christ (UCC) convenes for their 53rd Annual Meeting on Friday & Saturday, November 17-18, 2017 at the Embassy Suites, Inner Harbor, 222 St Paul Pl, Baltimore, MD 21202.  We invite everyone in the Central Atlantic Conference to join us for "New Horizons ~ New Hopes ~ Real Justice" a three part keynote delivered by the Rev. John Dorhauer, G.M. and President of the UCC.  We will kick-off with an Opening Reception at 5:30PM on Friday Evening, November 17 followed by Opening Worship at 7:00PM with an 8:45PM Keynote I: New Horizons for the CAC and closing with an Evening Prayer & Fellowship.  Saturday kicks-off at 8:30AM with Rev. John Dorhaurer delivering Keynote II: New Hopes for the UCC followed by Plenary I, Workshop I, and lunch with Keynote III: Real Justice for All delivered by Rev. John Dorhauer. As we move into the afternoon...we will hold Workshop II, Plenary I, and Closing Worship at 4:30PM.  The evening is highlighted with a Congregational Vitality Event which includes an Awards Dinner thanking those who helped make General Synod 2017 a success, followed by a Congregational Vitality Seminar of your choice (5) and ending with The John Deckenback Hospitality Hour.

United Church of Christ's Central Atlantic Conference - 53rd Annual Meeting 2017

We encourage you to register and pay on-line by November 5 (late registration fees will be incurred 11/6-13).  On-Site Registration, add $50 to total.

Children's Program (K-5th grade) available in 4 sessions Friday, 11/17 through Saturday, 11/18.  We ask that you register/enroll your child(ren) now while you register.

Exhibitors/Vendors are asked to register for Annual Meeting and complete Exhibitors information request below.  Check-in and Set-up will be open 12PM-7PM, FRI, 11/17. 

The Potomac Association Fall Meeting will be held at 4:30PM on FRI, 11/17.  Please register below to attend this meeting. We invite and encourage you to join us for Annual Meeting as well.

Childcare Sessions

The Chidren's Program will be split into 4 sessions for children K-6th (through 12 years of age).  is limited to a minimum of 10 children per session to hold the program and a maximum of 20 children per session because of space limitations.  After we determine the age range of children attending, the program agenda will be refined for age appropriateness.
